Released in 2006, the XTi combines a 10.1-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, interchangeable lenses, an optical viewfinder, fast autofocus, and complete manual exposure control inside one wonderfully approachable DSLR.

Begin in Full Auto and let the camera handle focusing, exposure, white balance, and flash. Try Portrait mode when you want a softer background, Sports mode for movement, Landscape mode for a wider scene, or Close-Up mode when something small catches your attention.
