Send in your vintage camera for a thorough diagnostic evaluation by our repair team. We’ll inspect and test the camera, identify any issues affecting its function, and let you know what service or repair options are available.

Because many vintage cameras are decades old and replacement parts are limited or no longer manufactured, we cannot guarantee that every camera can be fully repaired.

The initial diagnosis is $59.99 and nonrefundable. Included in the service is the diagnosis itself, one hour of labor and return shipping. If the repair requires additional labor hours, parts and materials they will be billed separately. 

Should the camera have multiple issues, our repair team will inform the customer and give them the option to have them repaired as well at an additional cost.

When parts and safe repair options are available, we’ll do our best to service the camera and improve its function. If a full repair is not possible, you’ll still receive a clear diagnostic assessment of the camera’s condition and any limitations we find.

The current turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.

Repairs are guaranteed for 30 days.
