The Nikon F3 was the 3rd variation of Nikon's flagship professional level camera line seeing production from 1980-2001. During that time, if you needed the best of the best this was as good as it got. The Nikon F3 has a sterling reputation for its extreme ruggedness which made it highly sought after by almost everyone. It was also the first camera that was styled by Italian designer, Giorgetto Giugiaro. His design style carried forward to many more Nikon cameras and helped shape the brand as it stands today.
