Your return window starts on the day your camera arrives: full refunds during the first 30 days, then store credit minus a 20% restocking fee during days 31โ60.

Need a little longer to decide? During days 31โ60 after delivery, you can return your camera for store credit, less a 20% restocking fee. The remaining amount is issued as store credit, not a refund to your original payment method.
For this extended return window, your camera must be in working condition and in similar shape to when it arrived.
Film, accessories, and add-ons
Unused film and other accessories or add-ons, such as straps, can be returned within the first 30 days. Used film is non-refundable. Accessories and add-ons are non-refundable after 30 days.
