start with just to get a feel for your new camera and what you like to shoot.
Some great budget-friendly color film options are Kodak
Color Plus, Kodak Gold, and Fuji Superia. For black and white, you can't go wrong with Ilford HP5, Kodak Tri-X, and Ilford Delta 400!
If you have shot film before and feel pretty comfortable, Portra 400 is a beautiful, finer grain film.
In addition, I always recommend going on Instagram and searching through different film hashtags to see what you like. Everyone is different.

A "very good" body will most likely look as close to it would have to its original state when first manufactured with very slight signs of wear.

additional potential cosmetic wear such as worn down metal or small scratches somewhere on the body.
〰 An “average” body will be a more severe case of cosmetic wear like black specs, deeper scratches, or lines in the eye prism.
None of these cosmetic blemishes will impact your film or the mechanics of your camera!
Black specks are 100% normal and expected with vintage cameras! Our cameras are anywhere from 20-60 years old and no matter how much we can clean and inspect them, some pieces of dust just won't go away! But don't worry, they aren't harmful at all and won't impact the quality of your images.
