This experience was my last straw with Cute Camera Co when it comes to cameras. The film is decent, and previously I have had generally positive experiences with customer service. I’ve ordered three cameras from this company, and each has had problems.

First I got a “very good” OM-1 that wasn’t functional, though in good cosmetic condition. I returned it.

Next, I got a Minolta X-700 in “good” condition that ended up having a corroded port. Luckily, this was remedied by the company when I raised the issue.

However, my recent purchase is the final straw. I purchased a “very good” Pentax ME Super; the camera is NOT in cosmetic condition warranting “very good” and the battery door is so stripped that it won’t even open. I brought this to the company’s attention several times via email (where they had previously been responsive) but this time I got radio silence.

Unfortunately, Cute Camera Co has lost my business. I was understanding of their quality control issues when they were responsive and fixed their mistakes. But now they don’t seem to care to anymore. Such a shame, and now I’m out hundreds of dollars. I would avoid this place for camera purchases; KEH or even EBay are preferred at this point.

I’m learning and this has been great for me to learn on! With the manual links and the simplicity of it! I adore! And it’s in great condition and works properly. They even included batteries!

It's so cute im in total love with this camera. It seems to work okay but the exposure counter doesn't leave 36. But as long as the pictures come out okay I think it'll be fine.
