Nikon Coolpix s3500 description

Nikon Coolpix s3500: The Flash Will Make The Night Happen

The Flash Will Make The Night Happen

he Nikon Coolpix S3500 was made to come out with you.

Released in 2013, this tiny point-and-shoot combines a 20.1-megapixel CCD sensor, built-in flash, genuine optical image stabilization, and a versatile 7x zoom inside a camera that weighs only 4.6 ounces.

Slip it into your smallest purse before dinner. Bring it to birthday parties, concerts, coffee dates, weekend trips, house shows, thrift-store afternoons, and nights that begin with “just one drink.”

Leave it on the table where everyone can reach it. Pass it to the friend who notices everything. Let someone else take the photograph while you become part of the memory.

By the end of the night, the camera will hold a little bit of everyone’s perspective.

Why You’ll Love It

Made to Be Shared: The S3500 is small, approachable, and simple enough to pass around so everyone can contribute to the same collection of memories.
Authentic CCD Character: Its 20.1-megapixel CCD sensor creates photographs with the colorful personality of an original compact digital camera.
Ready for Nights Out: Turn on the built-in flash for bright faces, deep shadows, reflective details, and playful party photographs that feel completely different from phone pictures.
Wide Enough for the Whole Group: The 26mm-equivalent starting point is ideal for friends, restaurant tables, colorful interiors, and travel scenes.
Professionally Restored and Ready: Every S3500 is individually inspected, tested, cleaned, and prepared by the Cute Camera Co. team.

Nikon COOLPIX S3500 FAQs

Clear answers to the questions camera shoppers ask most.

Is the Nikon COOLPIX S3500 good for beginners?

Very. Automatic modes, face detection, stabilization assistance, and a flexible 7x zoom make it easy to carry and share. Cute Camera Co. is here when first-card questions appear.

What memory card does the Nikon COOLPIX S3500 use?

SD, SDHC, or SDXC card. The card is removable, so a compatible card reader is often the simplest way to move full-resolution files.

What battery does the Nikon COOLPIX S3500 use?

It uses a rechargeable EN-EL19 battery. A compatible battery and charger are included.

Does the Nikon COOLPIX S3500 lens zoom or change?

The built-in 7x optical zoom covers 26–182mm equivalent and is permanently attached.

How do focus and exposure work on the Nikon COOLPIX S3500?

Focus: Contrast-detect autofocus with subject tracking. Exposure options: Automatic and scene modes. You can begin in the simplest automatic mode and use the additional controls only when they help the photograph you want.

Can the Nikon COOLPIX S3500 record video?

720p HD video. Video resolution describes what the camera records; memory-card speed, remaining space, battery life, and recording limits can affect an individual clip.

Does the Nikon COOLPIX S3500 have a built-in flash?

Built-in flash. Direct flash is part of the authentic compact-camera look many people love, while available-light shooting creates a softer mood.

Can the Nikon COOLPIX S3500 send photos wirelessly?

No built-in wireless. When wireless is unavailable or no longer supported by a current phone, a compatible memory-card reader is the dependable transfer route.

Does the S3500 create a ‘film look’ automatically?

It creates genuine early-2010s compact-camera character—small-sensor depth, bold direct flash, and Nikon’s JPEG color—but the final look still depends on light, settings, and how the files are edited.

Why does restoration matter with a Nikon COOLPIX S3500?

Older digital cameras can hide weak battery contacts, sticky buttons, unreliable zoom or lens mechanisms, flash problems, card-reading issues, and screens or sensors that do not behave as expected. A restored and tested Nikon COOLPIX S3500 gives you a dependable starting point so the retro charm stays fun.
