Good to Know

Each development pass covers one roll of C-41 color-negative 35mm film and never expires. Kodak T-Max 400 requires black-and-white processing, so it is not covered by the included C-41 passes. Strap colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Return policy

We want you to fall in love with your camera. If it isn’t quite your match, we’re here to help. Both return windows start on the day your camera arrives.

First 30 days: a full refund
Return your camera within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method. If it arrives damaged or isn’t working as it should, contact us within those first 30 days and we’ll help arrange your return.

Days 31–60: store credit
You can return your camera for store credit minus a 20% restocking fee. This is store credit, not a refund to your original payment method. Your camera must be in working condition and in similar shape to when it arrived.

Film, accessories, and add-ons
Unused film and other accessories or add-ons, such as straps, can be returned within the first 30 days. Used film is non-refundable. Accessories and add-ons are non-refundable after 30 days.
